Dumbledore

Over the break, Zack had to create a bottle person for his book report.  He had read a Harry Potter book and wanted to make Dumbledore.  You take a 2 liter bottle and create a person using whatever you want.  He was very pleased with the end result.  He designed and created the whole thing, although I did the hot gluing.  My left hand still has a burn mark 2 days later.  As we were getting into the car to drive to school the morning Dumbledore had to be turned in (yesterday...I drove him so that Dumbledore would make it there intact--he is fragile.)  Zack was carrying too much stuff and dropped Dumbledore and his head rolled under the car.  I made the kids stay in the car while Matt and I frantically tried to repair the damage.  Zack was thrilled to get and "A" and a request from the teacher to keep Dumbledore as an example.  However, Zack can not stand to part with his creation and declined the invitation to have Dumbledore live permanently in the class room.  It is hard to see, but this creation comes equipped with a wand, robes, half-moon spectacles and silvery hair that flows down his back.  Great job, Zack!
