Our little beauty is 2 months old!! The couch pillow kind of conceals the awesomeness of her hair, but Ellie hasn't lost a drop of hair, although it has lightened up quite a bit. She is healthy and chubby and so very, very sweet. I am so glad that I didn't give up on nursing her during those very difficult first two weeks. I was very close to throwing in the towel, I had never had such a rough start to nursing. (all nursing starts are rough, of course, but this was extra bad.) Two months in and she is just a dream baby. Obviously she is not lacking in nourishment! Here are her stats:
Weight: 12 lbs. 9 oz
Height: 24 1/2 inches.
Ellie is so calm and happy. The kids adore her. She is such a doll.
