Derek, a few minutes old. Look at all that dark hair! It stuck up all over the place. 
Derek, a week old. 
Austin, a few days old. His look was such a surprise after having two darker skinned, dark haired babies. He was blond! And fair-skinned! And blue eyes! 
Austin, a few minutes after birth. We have a wide range of coloring in our family (but they are all so cute!), even between my siblings we go from very fair to quite olive-skinned with black hair. Looking at these photos makes me so excited to have a new baby in our house!

I am excited to see what she looks like too! all your kids are pretty darn cute, so I think she has good odds!
Ok, you're getting me excited too! Your babies all had a similar look, but your boys are each so unique. I always love looking for family resemblances.
