Why I Hate Black Friday
I do not shop on Black Friday. Except online of course. I like a deal as much as the next person, but I remember going to Fred Meyer's with my aunt when I was 18 and women were trying to kill each other over socks. I don't particularly like shopping anyway and throw in tons of grumpy people ready to strangle each other over dancing Elmo and it makes my brain want to explode. Matt has gone out occasionally to try and get something electronic in nature, but this year he stayed home. There is nothing I want badly enough to venture out today. Then I read this on msnbc this morning. So tragic and sickening. I don't even know what else to say about this situation except that I refuse to shop any "door-buster" deals now or ever. That is all. Thank-you.

I agree. Finding deals is far too stressful. I don't mind spending a couple of extra bucks to escape the madness.
I'm right there with ya, girl.
Cody told me about this a couple of days ago, and i was disgusted. when i read the article it made me cry.
Horrible.
I totally agree!! I would much rather sleep in.. or go work out at an almost empty gym. That's the best part. Very few go to the gym that early. ahhhh so nice. Plus... all it is is STUFF!! Seriously! What is so important that people will kill, literally, just to save a few bucks. Ridiculous and I feel so badly for that employee's family. How tragic.
