No, that isn't just his super atractive farmer tan, most of that is dirt. Totally reminded me of a cave man. I am planning to do a post showing all of his hard work in the yard. We went to a VoiceMale concert a few weeks ago and one of the songs was, "Farmer tan, farmer tan....I love a man with a farmer tan. "

So I Married A Caveman
Matt is just a yard-working fool, let me tell you. His theory is that if we plant all the major stuff this summer, next summer we will be sittin' pretty. He spent about 15 hours working in the yard....not planned, but we had a delivery of mulch that was supposed to arrive late afternoon and didn't end up coming until after 7 pm. The mulch-man dumped the load in our neighbors backyard (thanks, neighbors!) because they have gravel that goes all the way to their fence and then the truck wouldn't have to drive across our grass. However, we are in the process of getting a fence and all the posts are in and the bottom rails are set. The plan is for the the fence men to finish up today. So Matt was trying to shovel mulch over the bottom rail of the fence into our yard on Saturday night. Until 10:30pm. So our mulch wouldn't be stuck in the neighbors yard, behind a fence when he got home from work on Monday. Anywho....anyone who thinks 10 yards of mulch isn't a lot, definetely hasn't shoveled it and wheelbarrowed it around a half acre yard in a race agains the clock (or fence guys.) When Matt came in on Saturday night he was laughing and I look over and see this:

That is one WICKED dirt tan! :) Way to work the deadline, Matt!
Hilarious!! Sounds like you guys are gonna have quite the yard!
I must say the dirt tan is a step up above a farmers tan- the dirt washes away, not so much with the farmers tan- though it is a trophy to show how hard he worked!
