A few nights ago, I went outside with Austin, Sydney and Ellie because the evening air was nice and cool compared to our house. It was dusky and I pointed out the nearly full moon to the kids. I told Austin to look at the full moon. This was our convesation:
Laurie: Austin, look at the full moon!!
Austin: I know there isn't really such a thing as a full moon. Cause if there was such a thing as the full moon, there would be such thing as werewolves and I know there isn't such thing as werewolves.
Laurie: Well, there is such a think as the full moon.
Austin: (warily) But not werewolves?
Laurie: No, there are no werewolves.
Austin: (drops to the ground and starts howling at the moon.) Mom? I think I shoulda been a werewolf.

I can't believe that cutie is starting Kindergarten in a few weeks!!

I can't believe that Eliza is starting Kindergarten either! And that it starts in just a "few weeks" is absolutely crazy!!!
