The lodge

Every year we head up to Victor, Idaho for a Boothe family reunion.  It is one of my favorite summer activities.  I have been going there my whole life.  It is a beautiful valley, and I love spending time with my extended family!  We had a smaller group this year and we didn't plan too many activities, it was really calm and relaxing!

Ellie pretending to sleep in her camping bed...she never really slept in it...she hated it.
Austin had a weird reaction to some weeds...poor swollen face!
 We played lots of volleyball.
 She is cute!!
Matt, Brad and the four oldest kids did a trail run on the Fourth of July!
 They made it!
The kids all placed in the top 3 of their age groups....I mean there were only like five kids running total.....Meg was the only one in her group!
We played in the creek a lot!  Usually it is too high or dry as a bone.  This year was perfect for swimming.  but freezing.
 Fourth of July dessert
 Walking back to the creek.
We went to the creek every day...sometimes multiple times a day!
Waiting for the 4th of July parade.
Some of my favorite people!  Derek, my Uncle Les, my seester, my cousin Justin.
We took a nap in Justin's hammock.  It was awesome!

 We played lots of Annie-I-Over
My  great uncle who lives near the Lodge offered to give the kids mule rides.  They were THRILLLED!!
Cuteness while she waits for her turn on the Mule.

Fun weekend!  Happy Fourth of July!
