
Earlier in my pregnancy, I was looking for a great workout video. The reviews on this one were really good and so I ordered it and have really enjoyed it. The video is broken up into three sections, one for each trimester. It is a great workout. I was working out three times a week, until I pulled a muscle dancing around with my kids. I quit the video for about 5 weeks and have recently started up again. I definitely recommend this workout to anyone looking for a great prenatal workout. Derek and Austin are my little cheerleaders. They sit right next to me and workout with me, it is hilarious. Every time the trainer reminds you to drink water, Austin says, "Mom, your water! Drink your water!"
**On a similar note, yesterday Zack started patting my jiggly Relief Society arms and said, "How come all of you gets bigger when are pregnant. Isn't the baby just in your belly?"

Thanks for the tip... I don't know if I'll use it though. I'm just feeling SO tired all the time, no motivation to work out whatsoever!
Laurie - You make me laugh! Where are you?? I need you back in my life. I can just see your boys cheering you on. :) My kids have been kicked in the head doing the same thing. Note to self: turbo kick is not good in small room with 3 children.
