Dear Derek,
No matter how much you miss mom, you have to sleep at night. I am more than happy to sing songs over the phone and tell the story of Jonah and the Whale, but then YOU HAVE TO SLEEP. No watching Scooby all night long. Dad needs his rest too. He has been very patient and now it is time to cave and sleep.

When are you coming home? I was hoping I could come and borrow your copy of the Potato Pie Society book since finding copies at libraries has proved impossible. Anyway, Have fun in Uruguay!!
