Goodbye Uruguay! (And family)

We had such a great trip! The babies were so good on all the flights, even the overnight ones. They finally got to meet Papa and had a blast with him and their uncles, and Grandma of course. Uruguay is beautiful and very peaceful. There is just a nice tranquility there. I loved it. The people were all so welcoming and it was especially fun to meet my parent's missionaries and see my mom and dad share the Gospel everywhere we went. On the way home, our flight in Chicago was canceled and we ended up having to spend the night there. We got a hotel and let the babies run around and be free for a while. We were a day late getting home, which was a bummer, but on the plus side, we got home having slept all night and not straight off an all-night flight.
It is always hard to say goodbye. I love my family.
Papa and Grandma with Austin.
A ginormous mirror in the front hall of the mission home.
We loved playing in the game room. Much to the missionaries delight, my parents brought a lot of their toys with them.
On the Temple grounds. It was so beautiful.
Michael and the babies at the Temple .
Mom and the girls. And babies.
Montevideo Uruguay Temple....and Tara and Michael's head. Right after I took this shot, the temple President (who lives right behind my mom and dad, stuck his head out the front door and waved at us.) Farewell, Uruguay, we had a great time!!

Great pictures -- it looks so beautiful over there! Did you happen to find any pirate gold?
